American Airlines Serves Sweet Potatoes To Premium Class

Halibut with Truffle Corn Salsa

Renowned Mexican Chef Richard Sandoval has joined American Airlines’ culinary team to develop fresh menu offerings for the premium class dining service. His dishes feature authentic Latin ingredients, like the sweet potato! The Halibut with Truffle Corn Salsa is served with sweet potato puree and can be found on menus when flying in First and Business Class between U.S. and Europe, Asia and Latin America. Chef Marcus Samuelsson, also a part of the culinary team, is offering brisket and turkey breast sandwiches.
