Berry Sweetpotato Smoothie

Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 cup sweetpotato cooked, peeled
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- To prepare, add the coconut water into a blender followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 20–30 seconds, until smooth. Enjoy!
